I’d like to see an even deeper dive follow up session so we can evaluate success : how many units are built under preapp models? You mention the code review process has been streamlined..how? Adaptation (topography) and site preparation costs? Building Performance criteria? Details on cost vs benefits (trim kits, porches, accessibility, prevailing wages, etc.). What does the cost model look like for design and engineering? How much did the whole process cost to get to each stage ? Alternative methods to achieving efficient approvals (ie zoning and building code reviews in detail).
