Yes to all this. We have terrible intersection design downtown, especially along the North Loop. One near my home at 7th and Wyandotte has a crash almost every week. A Yellow Jacket told me her manager wants her to stay away from it for her own safety - yikes.
I'd love to see a blog on how one or all of these priorities could be most cheaply/quickly put to action.
